Provide one of your (public) Garmin Connect Activity IDs

This is used to determine where your activities can be found on Garmin Connect. To find the ID of one of your activities, go to the details page of one of your activities on Garmin Connect and check the URL. The ID is the long number at the end of the URL.

Define message format for Facebook or Twitter

Define format and see what it will look like on twitter on the right. Include activity details using the < and > values from above. For example <distance> will be replaced by the actual distance of activity.
